May 31, Mr. Nattapakorn Damnernchawanich assigned Mr. Anawin Sasiwong, executive and staff of Kittiwana Group, to join the 3rd “Helping Elephants Return to the Forest” project at Ban Na Yao Reservoir, Tha Kradan Subdistrict, together with the Thung Phraya Elephant Group, Thung Phraya Subdistrict community leaders, students, and Kittiwana Group staff. In the morning, bamboo, grass, and animal feed plants were planted to provide more food for the wild elephants. In the afternoon, a forum was organized to discuss plans for managing wild elephants, and a forum on decentralizing power in local areas to manage the wild elephant problem jointly. Today, the Kittiwana Group brought 600 drinking water bottles to support the activity and distribute them to participants.
